Second Deputy Speaker of Ghana Parliament, Hon. Alban Bagbin, was on 11th August 2017 awarded an Honourary Doctorate degree by UPSA in recognition of his contributions to public administration and democratic governance in Ghana.
The University on its 9th Congregation in Accra conferred the award on the Second Deputy Speaker, Hon Alban Kingsford Sungmana Bagbin.
