A new born  baby was found this morning at Ngmani yiri just on the insurance road of WA. The baby was suspected to have dumped there by its mother for reasons unknown for now. Upperwestmedia visited the scene to interview a few people in the area and an eye witness by name ‘Rashid Alhassan’ spoke to our media house, he said

“ I came and  saw them rescueing this baby from  the gutter, the baby has been  here for long but can’t  tell who owns the baby”.

The baby is still alive and safe but the WA Regional police has taken charge of the issue to investigate further into it. Many people think the act is a sign of poor upbringing and urged parents to wake up and down instill discipline in the youth of the regional  to avoid more of such.
