The member of Parliament for Wa Central Constituency, Dr. Rashid Hassan Pelpuo has donated a cash amount to Wa Technical Institute to aid in the Construction of a girls’ toilet facility.
The check of Ghc5,000 was delivered to the Institution on behalf of the Member of Parliament by The Party’s Wa central Constituency Chairman Mohammed Sule on 18th of October 2019.
The Chairman also donated 20 bags of Cement to support in the construction of the Girls’ Toilet Facility.
Wa Technical Institute has for the past years had challenges with their toilet facilities, open defecation was a major practice in the institution which led to health challenges on compus.
