Ghanaian female singer and song writer Noella
Wiyaala aka Wiyaala has revealed in an
interview that she had always wanted to be a
star. According to her, as a little a girl, it was her
dream to become a household name. “While growing up or since I was a child, I had
always wanted to be a star,” she said in an interview with Jay Foley and
Jeremie on LBC on Live 91.9 fm. She also added that, even though she had that
dream of becoming a known face, she never
expected it to come this fast and big. In 2011 she earned her way into the finals of
Stars of the Future and won two Golden
Moments awards. She was a member of Black
and Peach, a music group which Won the
2012 Vodafone ICONS Mixed Edition. She left the Black N Peach band during April
2013 to pursue a solo career with Djimba
World Records.
