A Senior legal practitioner, Captain
Nkrabeah Effah-Dartey (Rtd) has
appealed to the committee constituted to
investigate some judges who have been
implicated in the judicial corruption
scandal to unmask the ace investigative journalist before he is cross-examined.
Capt Effah Dartey believes Anas
Aremeyaw Anas’ style of disguising
himself at the Committee sittings is
against the law, and insists the Chief
Justice should immediately cause his arrest because he (Anas) also disguised
himself and lured the judges into corruption. “I wish to have the opportunity to cross
examine him (Anas) and trust me, he and
his team will regret the day he was born. I will ask the committee to remove the mask and if they fail I will personally force them to remove it to tell us truth” he
asserted.
