You are hereby summoned to attend a special meeting of the Jirapa Municipal Assembly scheduled on Thursday 24th May 2018 at 10:00am prompt in the Assembly Conference Hall.
2. The purpose of the meeting is to consider or otherwise a motion to pass a vote of no confidence against the Municipal Chief Executive Madam Christine Bombanye Amadu.
3. By copy of this letter, the municipal electoral officer is humbly requested to be present to conduct the elections.
4. Members as usual are entreated to attend this meeting and punctually too.
