Tizza In The Jirapa Municipal Of Upper West Region Of Ghana Has Been There Without A Chief For Forty-two(42)years Now Due To Chieftaincy Disputes However, Today 29/12/2022 Was A Memorable Day For The People Of Tizza Where They Were Able To Enskin A Chief For The Community.

In Attendance At The Occasion Were; Paramount Chief Of Jirapa (Regent),naa Justice Dinaa,tuggo Chief,duori Chief,ullo Chief And His Subchiefs,kpare Chief,gbare Chief,hain,sabuli Deryiri And Issah Chiefs, Justice Korbieh,former Mces And The Current Mce, Mp Of Jirapa And All Queen Mothers And People Of Jirapa Traditional Area Amidst Different Cultural Dances To Grace The Occasion.

The Chairman Of The Occasion, Prof.sir Knight Dr. Gye Der(A Retired Doctor And Hunter) Said He Was In Tizza For Same Program Some Years Back Which Didn’t Materialize But Was Assured By Jirapa Chief Today’s Own Will Be Successful. He Noted With Excitement That Some Of His Students Are Made Chiefs. He Therefore Called For Collaboration For A Successful Program.
