Residents of Kpaguri in the Wa Municipality have expressed panic over what they referred to as threatening gunshots in the area hampering the state of their conscience and security.
According to the residents, a youth group popularly called Jamaica Youth have had a naming ceremony in the area and its leader identified as Cissco Pulled the trigger to sound unending warning shots in the area, this kept several people indoors due to panic, others suggested the sound of the gun kept them in fear as they thought there was a robbery taking place.
Other groups of people speaking to the issue suggested the single act could engineer eyewitnesses to practice such acts and in the end cause a mess in society, they called on the security agencies to speak to those involved.
