New set of taxes are to be introduced by the Lands Commission and Assemblies of the various districts on landlords or landowners to pay an asset tax annually.

The tax they said would maintain you ownership right. And failure to comply would attract penalties that would be unbearable.

Some of the penalties include a legal prosecution, payment of excess charges, ownership can be revoked.
