The Assembly Member for Nanvilli Electoral area, Hon. Suwie Bede has expressed gratitude for the newly introduced European Union Road Projects in the Nadowli-Kaleo District and Wa West District.

Speaking to Upper West Media Team he Bemoaned that the state of Nanvilli Roads was nothing to write home about.

“Issue of roads was a challenge specifically from Takpo to Nanvilli, today’s it’s been fixed, from Dorimon to dabo and to oli, through siiru to Nanvilli, but it will continue to charipkpong, part of it will link from nator through bayaru..”.

He appealed for a Bridge at Bayaru due to the havoc they face when it rains on that portion of the road.

“There should be a bridge at Bayaru, it rained and rain destroyed some houses, no vehicle can pass through Bayaru, kindly use Nator Road.”

He appealed for Support for the People of Bayaru after heavy rains and use of their road by Heavy E.U Contract Vehicles.

“The affected people are helpless, we need support, they were fetching gravel without consulting landlords a development that has resulted in flood at Bayaru”
