Rashid come 2016 elections, the said they will vote “skirt and blouse” this brought misconception among the party members. Party executive came together not with the exception of Hon. Musheibu Mohammed-Alpha, Deputy Upper West Regional Minister, Hon. Rashid Pelpuo, NDC Regional Chairman, Matco.
