Mr Wilson Arthur, a participant a the GEITI workshop said the Western Region is being treated as a quarry site of Ghana.
He said one of the reasons for this situation is that none of the cabinet members is from the Western Region hence the reason for such ill-treatment to the region.
He added that the leadership of the Western Region are taken steps to address this situation and things will soon change after the just-ended Development Dialogue at Busua Beach.
