A recent market survey conducted in the Wa Central Business district in the Wa municipality of the upper west region has shown some adjustment in the prices of some perishable food ingredients like fresh tomatoes , fresh okro , onions and other food staff from the June – July period .
Some food staff were measured in/ by bowl and the prices were like ” don’t go near” as some customers have discribed”
Some traders have attributed the recent development to the frequent fuel price adjustment within the same period (June-July ) and this, they said, have also forced the increment of the prices of food staff.
They have however stated
That, the new prices have slowed down their Business.
