We’ve been informed that the moon this evening appeared in Saudi Arabia and other parts of Ghana,Kumasi and Accra but has not been seen here(Upper West) but the national chief imam of Ghana,Osman Nuhu Shaharubutu has declared saturday for the ramadan and monday a public holiday.
