Alhaji Abdul Salam Akate was coronated on the 18th of March, 2023 at a colourful ceremony in Bawiesibai, as chief of community and invariably as their paramount chief of the area.

Bawiesibai is a farming community located in the Sissala East Municipality.
The accomplished business man was given the stool name “Kuoro Balugubanie Sapara II”.
