The Sissala East Municipality which is one of the Largest Municipalities in the Region has gotten a new radio station to boost communication and information delivery in the Municipality.

Frequency of the radio station is 96.3 , it’s a commercial radio station that will increase the number of radio stations in the Tumu township to two.

Close sources have revealed that the radio station is owned by the Current Deputy Minister of Water and Sanitation, Hon. Amidu Issahaku Chinnia who doubles as Member of Parliament for Sissala East Constituency.
The radio will increase the number of radio stations in the Region to 21.
