Bassawullah Tantuo III Of Badagebati Babins Gate in Jefissi has narrated how he used to ride a motorcycle from Jeffisi his hometown in the Sissala West District to Accra the Capital of Ghana for his Official Duties.
In an Interview with the Chief, Upper West Media Team sought to find out if it is possible for Someone to ride a motorcycle from any part of Upper West Region to Accra in a Day.
The Distance from Jeffisi to Accra is about 794 kilometers per google distance analysis.
“I used to ride from Jeffisi to Accra, specifically to Osu areas to attend some workshops and also work on some official documents of mine, riding was a pleasure…”
Bassawullah Tantuo III added that he could do that within some limited number of hours but chose to ride during the night when he used to do that.
“..I preferred moving at night, sometimes I could start my journey in the night around 7pm onwards and by dawn I would be in Accra..”
He also revealed the type of motorbike he used to ride from Jeffisi to Accra.
“..I used to ride a Honda CD 125, not an extremely big motorbike, just this Honda you know..”
Per Tradition and family lineage, Bassawullah Tantuo III is the first son of Bukari Wugnu Badagebati Braimah Babine and Bukari Wugnu Badagebati Braimah Babine was also the first son of Badagebati Braimah Babine.
Badagebati Braimah Babine was the second son of Babine Anu Bassawullah Tantuo I
Babine Anu Bassawullah Tantuo I was also the second son of Anu Bassawullah Tantuo I.
