A Mobile Money Vendor in the heart of Tumu, the Sissala East Municipal Capital has been robbed at Gunpoint by some unidentified miscreants at about 6:30 pm Today Sunday, 28th May 2023.

According to Reliable Reports from Tumu based Radford FM, One person was rushed to the Hospital for Medical Attention after suffering a shock during the Robbery attack.

An Undisclosed Amount of Money was taken away but nobody was shot in the process. Police are to begin investigations within the shortest possible time.

Mobile Money Vendor’s have been exposed to series of attacks in the past few years, some notable instances are in Takpo, Jirapa and Hamile. Two lives were lost in the past at Jirapa and Takpo Respectively.

Suspected robbers have robbed a mobile money vendor in one of Tumu’s busiest intersection broad day light and made away with unspecified amount of money.
They attacked the vendor by 6:30pm and shot several times to scare the victims..No one was hurt but one of the victim suffered shock and rushed to a nearby hospital.
