
The Upper West Cultural Week and Regional Festival is set to Climax today 18th of November through to 20th of November 2022.
The Occasion is to provide a platform for socialization and exhibition of crafts and other creative works of People in the Upper West Region Organized by the Upper West Regional House of Chiefs in collaboration with Center for National Culture and Radio Progress.
Some of these works include fabrics such as Smocks, Tie and Dye cloths, some other crafts or artworks that will be showcased at the Occasion Include moulded pots weaved hats, necklaces, soaps made in Upper West, herbal medicine and many more.
Team of the occasion is “Revisiting our culture for Business and Wealth Creation in the Era of Global Insecurity”.
Venue for the Occasion will be Naa Sidiki Bomi II Park (Jubilee Park).
Guests of Honor for the Occasion are Dr. Hafiz Bin Salih, Upper West Regional Minister, Naa Dikomwini Domalae, President of Upper West Regional House of Chiefs, Rt. Hon. Alban Bagbin, Speaker of Parliament.
