The First Vice Chancellor of Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University, Prof Elias Sowley has directed that forms are made free I to Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University in order to Make Technical Education Accessible to the Youth of the Country.

Prof Sowley Believes Forms have been a barrier to accessible Tertiary Technical Education in the Past years.

This is the Second Time the University has Made forms Free as their Sister University Simon Diedong Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies (SDD-UBIDS).

Prof. Sowley was sworn inn as First Vice Chancellor in May 2022, present for the Occasion were the Upper West Regional Minister, Dr. Hafiz Bin Salih, Vice Chancellor of SDD-UBIDS, Prof. Philip Duku Osei, Vice Chancellors of other Technical Universities in the Country et al.

Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University-Wa is a public tertiary education institution established by the Technical Universities Act, 2020 (Act 1016) as amended.
