UW: District Performance, Nandom Adjudged 1st, Lawra 11th [Full List]

According to the Local Government Service 2022 performance evaluation report on RCC and MMDAs, Nandom Municipality has maintained it’s position as first out of all 6 Districts and 5 Municipalities in Upper West Region.

Per the Analysis, Nandom was also 41st Nationwide with 81.88% followed by Sissala East Municipality placed 2nd on the Regional Scale. It was also adjudged 46th Nationwide with 80.94%, It’s position was fiercely contested by Wa Municipality also ranked 46th Nationally and 2nd in Upper West Region with a percentage of 80.94.

Lambussie District was ranked 4th with 79.75% Ranked 58th Nationwide. Wa West was 5th with 77.19%, Ranked 83rd Nationwide. Jirapa is 121st Nationwide and 6th in Upper West Region with 73.06%.

Nadowli-Kaleo District is 166th Nationwide, 7th in Upper West Region with 69.38%. Wa East is 8th in Upper West Region and 176th Nationally with a Percentage of 67.94.

Dafiama-Bussie-Issa District is 9th in Upper West Region, 182nd Nationwide with a percentage of 67.63.
Sissala West was 10th in Upper West Region, 214th Nationwide with a percentage of 64.00.

Lawra Municipality was 249th Nationwide and 11th in Upper West Region with a percentage of 55.44.

Three Assemblies were rated Excellent, Three scored Very Good, Four Scored Good and one Assembly’s Performance was adjudged Satisfactory in Upper West Region.
