Vice President of Ghana and Aspiring Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia will be in the Upper West Region on the 11th of October 2022.

He will as part of his tour meet Regional Party executives of the Party and call on the Wa Naa, he will also inspect some ongoing projects in the Upper West Region.

He will cut Sod for the construction of an Astro turf which can host all category of football matches in Ghana in Tumu the Municipal capital on 11th of October 2022.  The Project is financed by the Ghana Gas Company limited and the contactor for the project will be Blaze Investment Co. LTD. The Astro Turf with has facilities like Pitch, Fencing and Flood Light.

He will also meet the paramount chief of Tumu traditional council, Kuoro Richard Babini Kanton and members of the Tumu traditional council.
