The Ghana Water Company Limited’s Upper West Regional Task Force has begun disconnecting Customers owing the company.
The exercise according Management, begun on the 20th of June and will end on 1st of July 2022.

Our monthly revenue mobilisation exercise (Taskforce) alongside disconnections of defaulting customers will start on Monday 20th of June 2022 to Friday the 1st of July 2022.
1.Customers who made payment can leave their receipts when leaving the house or your work place.
2. Go to any of our paypoint in town or any of our District offices either at the regional yard for the South District or Kolon (Sombo) for the North District.
3. Make the money available for the team when they get to your premises. Receipt will be issued upon payment.
Please do any of the above to avoid disconnections. Remember once you are disconnected you will be required to pay full amount plus reconnection fee before you are reconnected.
