Close sources in Mecca have revealed that Pilgrims from parts Upper West Region who travelled to observe prayers at Mecca few weeks ago will be returning to Upper West via the Tamale International Airport.

The will arrive late hours of 22nd of July 2022 per Reports gathered.

Meanwhile one Pilgrim has reportedly Died whilst observing prayers in the Holy Land, checks revealed he is from Dondoli in Wa Municipality.

The National Hajj Board as a result of the Covid Pandemic placed some restrictions on travels, people above the age of 65years were not allowed to travel this year(2022), One was required to take the booster vaccine and also the full covid Vaccine also the fee for this year’s travel was Ghc39,000.
