Petrosol Fuel Company, one of the Leading oil marketing Companies in Ghana has turned off their price marketing boards in Parts of the Upper West Region.

The development was after their prices shot up from Gh₵13 and Gh₵15 to Gh₵17.48 and Gh₵19.89 Respectively.

Two Oil Marketing Companies including Goil and Total have increased prices marginally in October’s second pricing window as a result of the dollars appreciation in value.

This has resulted in several vehicle users opting for Goil and Total due to their prices.

Some Stakeholders have the conviction Government has subsidized fuel prices of Goil and Total.
