Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Hon. Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has Supported Wa Technical Institute with 10 Fashion and Design Machines Popularly called ‘Tailor’ Today, 18th January 2023.

This was after the school appealed for the support to improve teaching and learning in the fashion and design Industry.

Principal of the School, Mr. Saaka Adams expressed gratitude to the lawmaker for his donations to the School

The machines were received at the school’s Auditorium in the presence of some staff of the school for the Fashion and Design Department.

The Aspirant for position of Flagbearer in New Patriotic Party’s Impending internal Elections was on a tour in the Wa Municipality and also used the opportunity to officially open his  Campaign Office to Delegates to the Party.

Wa Technical Institute is part of the Autonomous TVET Institutions in the Upper West Region.

Some other TVET Institutions splitted from the Ghana Education Service Include St. Bastlides Vocational, Technical Institute, Nandom Technical Institute, Naa Momori Technical Institute, St. Clare Vocational Institute, St. Anne’s Vocational Institute and Youth Leadership Training Institute.
