The Late Former Upper West Regional Minister,  Alhaji Issahaku Saliah who was also a Member of Parliament has been laid to rest today,  06th of October 2022 per islamic Customs.
He passed away on the 4th of October 2022.
Cause of his death is yet to be known.

He Was Appointed Upper  West Minister by late former President Atta Mills in 2010.

As a Renowned member of National Democratic Congress(NDC), He was Member of the Ghana Parliament for Wa East from 7th January 1993 to 6 January 2005,  he was proceeded by Mr. Sakara Adam Badoun and Succeeded by Godfrey Tangu Bayon.

He was laid to rest at the George Ekem Furgeson Graveyard close to Naa Sidiki Bomi Park,  Popularly known as Wa Jubile Park and present at the Funeral Ground were Member of Parliament for Wa East Constituency,  Dr. Godfred Seidu Jasaw,
Former Upper West Minister,  Mr. Mahamudu Khalid, The District Chief Executive of Wa East,  Dr. Ewurah Suleman Kandia,  Some Islamic Scholars and Sympathizers of the NDC.
