Mr Nicholas Gyirikar, the Wa West Constituency Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) says the New Patriotic Party (NPP) cannot ‘break the eight’ as the latter has been enchanting.

He said the elected executives in the Wa West constituency will work together for the party to come to power in 2024.

Mr Gyikar who was the Deputy Organizer of the party got elected as Organizer at the just-ended constituency elections of the NDC.

According to him, the main aim of their campaign was to bring back the NDC party into power despite NPP’s “break the eight” agenda.

In an interview with Info Radio on TIZINE YIRI YELA late afternoon show, Mr Gyirikar said they will make sure that from their parliamentary to presidential flag bearer they will elect competent executives or leaders to lead the party to save Ghanaians from the current economic hardship.

Mr Gyirikar said the NPP cannot be retained in power with the current economic woes.

He cited the lack of better roads, inadequate potable water, and lack of infrastructure development among others in the constituency which many people are bemoaning about.

He, therefore, urged the aspirants who lost in the internal elections to come together to support the elected executives with their ideas to fight for the party.
