
Simon Diedong Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies(UBIDS) is set to hold it fist congregation after it was made an autonomous University in 2019.
The University which was formerly Wa UDS Campus was established by the Government of Ghana in 2019 and given a mandate by Act 1001 of 2019.

The School is set to organize it’s first congregation on the 12th of November 2022.

It is announced for the information of SDD-UBIDS Staff, Students, and the General Public that the 1st Congregation Ceremony of the
University for the Award of various degrees to persons who completed their programmes of study in 2022 has been slated for Saturday, November 12, 2022, at 9:00 am at Lecture Hall 3 on the University campus.
Graduands who wish to be present at the Congregation are to register at the Academic Affairs Office or through online registration on the link https://mis.ubids.edu.gh/graduation-
application on or before Friday November 11, 2022. The following particulars would be required.

There will be rehearsals for all Graduands as follows
Friday, November 11, 2022 at 3:00 pm in Lecture Hall
3. Graduands are encouraged to participate in the rehearsals.
Graduands are allowed to come along with two guests each. Please TAKE NOTE that accommodation and meals
for graduands and their guests shall be borme by the graduand.
All graduands are to note that those who are unable to attend the congregation ceremony are required to pay the same amount before the collection of their certificates.
Collection of Certificates:
Graduands will be given their certificates upon the return
of their gowns. To be allowed to collect your certificate,
however, you will need to show your Student ID card,
clearance form, and your bank pay-in-slip or other
evidence of payment of the graduation fee.
