
Upper West Region has lost great talents in the past few years to nature.
Though some died of Natural courses others died through some health complications many believe could be addressed through medical attention.
1. Puff Daddy born Eric: As An Influencial Artiste within the Region, he released hit songs Including ‘Lahala’, a moral song that touched and changed lives in the Upper West Region. From Kaleo in the Nadowli-Kaleo District, He passed on in May 2019. He was a proactive footballer back in Wa SHS.
2. Iman: The Nissale Hit Maker Passed on in October 2022 after a short Illness, his death was Announced by Nandom FM but cause of his death was not revealed, Iman was a fast rising Musician who granted interviews on Major platforms such as GTV after his hit song Nisaale was released, he also went on a radio Tour in Upper West Region before his demise. He passed on in October 2022.
3. Zeal: Manny Zeal was a hip pop artiste from Nandom in the Upper West Region, before his death he performed at Nandom’s Kakube Festivities in 2017 before he died from a short Illness. He Was reported dead on the 26th of December 2017.
4. Game Bwoy: Gamebwoy Waalu as a Dancehall Artiste from Wa Municipality, he was also an award winning Artiste who won several awards from PRUMAS. He died of stomach pains in Wa and was buried per Islamic customs. He Passed on in October 2021.
5. Kojo Bange: The High Life Artiste Died in a motor Accident few years back. Kojo Bange was Popular for releasing songs Including Buasi Biiri, Adjoa Na Yɔɔ, Yelsiɛlɛ and and many others.
6. L-Stone: A Hiplife Singer born Atta Ayittey with Ghanaguyz Records from 2011 to 2016 passed on in 2020, He died after a short Illness. A past student of T.I Ahmadiyya SHS.
