Paramount Chief of The Dafiama Traditional Area, Naa Dikomwini Domalae has expressed concern with the level of crack Amongst the Youth in the Upper West Region.

He made reference to a speech delivered at the Grounds of the Homecoming Festival of Busa Youth on the 29th of December 2022.

In a speech delivered by the Chief, he indicated that several leaders in their speeches hammer on Unity and peace, a Development he thinks has something to do with disunity amongst the youth within the Upper West Region.

He said that little ‘crack’ keeping the youth apart should be patched in other for Development to be achieved.

“….The Limann Who recited prayers before the start of this function, if you ask me to summarize his prayers I’ll use on word ‘Unity’ He used the Word unity a number of times, he was not the only one, the Assembly Member when he came out talked of Unity, everybody who spoke here referred to Unity, The people Uniting to Move forward, I think it is one thing that I will like you to bear in mind, if all these speakers after speakers, they were all talking of Unity, then they must have seen some small crack in the Community, so they are urging you, they are urging all of us to mend that crack in order to move forward, nobody needs to tell anybody that, without unity nothing can go on and I admire how the tendamba and the Nabiihi are settled here peacefully”.
