Position: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Key Responsibilities:

·Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for our programs and initiatives to assess their effectiveness and impact.

·Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure the outcomes and success of our projects.

·Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data collection methods align with program goals.

·Prepare comprehensive reports on program performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

·Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators and track progress against targets.

·Ensure that monitoring and evaluation processes adhere to best practices and contribute to organizational learning.

· Contribute to the design and implementation of strategies that maximize the social impact of our initiatives.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

·At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in monitoring and evaluating social impact programs, preferably within a tech innovation context.

·Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively.

·Familiarity with data analysis software and tools.

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information in an accessible manner.

·Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and precision in data analysis.

·Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

·Adaptability to changing project needs and priorities.
