Upper West Regional Secretary of the National Democratic Congress(NDC), Lawyer Charles Lwanga Puozuing has indicated that three Constituencies in the Upper West Region were handicapped when it comes to unity and uniformity to win an Elections for the NDC.

He revealed how he coerced with the current group of party executives to win those Constituencies back for the NDC.

Lawyer Charles specifically pointed out the Constituencies Including Wa East, Sissala West and Lawra at Home Radio in an interview with Adel Fuseini on 10th of November 2022.

“..over the period, when we came, there were a lot of Constituencies that were not united, we did our best, we got most of the Constituencies united and that helped us to get some of the seats back, places like Lawra, Places like Sissala West as well as Wa East..”

The NDC lost the above listed seats to the NPP during the 2016 general elections spearheaded by Mr. Mathew Sung-Aabo as Regional Chairman of the Party in 2016.
