The Medical Doctor has concluded his Testimony in Court and the Case has been adjourned till 23rd August 2023.

Meanwhile a Lawyer (Name Withheld) has declined to Defend Rashid Ahmed Popularly Known as Anaata in Court, this means Rashid Ahmed will Continue in the Trail Process without a Lawyer till a different Lawyer agrees to represent him in Court.

10 dockets have been opened in court, two more dockets are set to be opened tomorrow 23rd August 2023.

According Lawyer Saeed Abdul Shakur, Principal State Attorney, he stated.

“Today the doctor came in with his testimony and in his report, he indicated that with the girls he tested, all of them have lost the hymen long ago, which means they have been sexually active for a long time, none of them had blood flow when he had sexual intercourse with them to signify they were virgins, they have had sexual intercourse before meeting Rashid, so we are coming up with more investigations..”

Rashid Anaata has been Accused of Defiling Twelve Girls and Out of Twelve girls, 9 Girls Testified on Wednesday 16th of August 2023.

He was moved from Police Custody to Prison Custody till Today Tuesday 22nd August 2023.
