On Monday, 2nd January 2023, A final year student of Industrial Art at Dr Hilla Liman Technical University Surprised Professor Hamidatu Darimani also of the same University with a potrate drawing of her.

Boroh Fredrick from Jirapa, said he was happy to note that a female lecturer Agriculture Engineering Department Had attained the statues of an Associate professor.

Dr. Darimani is a Senior Lecturer of Agric Engineering Department and Was also Dean if Student Affairs.

Her elevation to the Status of Associate Professor was Announced by the University’s Facebook on 5th of December 2022.

She is the first Associate Professor of Social and Water Engineering Amongst the Technical Universities in Ghana.

Prof. Hamidatu Darimani is also a Business Woman and the Chief Executive Officer of Spicy Foodies Restaurant.
