Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom’s GN Bank

Renowned Business Man and Economist, Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom has released two pictures and a Statement  reflecting on how his fortunes are going down the drain in the Upper West Region.

He released two pictures with one of the picture displaying his Wa GN Bank Office Closed Down Since 2019. The Second Picture Displayed some of his staff mostly youth on the Street of Wa projecting the interest of his Bank in the Past

Dr. Nduom Failed to Meet the Minimum Capital Requirement of Ghc400 Million in the Past and as a Result his Bank was downgraded to Savings and Loans Company. It was further closed down after series of Negotiations.

On August 16, 2019, the Bank of Ghana revoked the savings and loans license of GN Bank on the grounds of not meeting key prudential regulatory requirements (consistent with its new status) and that GN was insolvent.

He expressed optimism to resume active work for Financial Inclusion.

His Bank has Branches in Several Parts of Upper West Region including Nandom, Lawra, Nadowli, Wa, Charia etc.
