According to An Elderly Man in Duori by Name Kennedy, some unknown miscreants visited his house late hours of 7th July 2023 when it was raining and stole electric copper cables connected to his house.

Per Kennedy’s Narration, he was in his room when all of a sudden there was a black out..

“… I was in my room when I realized there was a power cut, by then I thought it was light out so in the morning I came out and realized the wires were stolen from the light pole to the my prepaid Meter…”
