A Nurse with Nalerigu Nursing Training College and from Wa in the Upper West Region has spoken to the media a week after her TikTok video went viral.

Lubabatu with TikTok name @partablekeera outlined measures her school has taken and tribulations she went through along the week.

“Those words were never from my heart and it’s not my intent to hurt anybody in the future or now, it was a trend that I copied and I have regretted, and I want them to know that it’s never my intent, it’s out of ignorance and to the nursing and Midwifery Council I’m so Sorry for tarnishing our image and to my school too, to the whole Public”.

She continued that management of her school, the Nursing and Midwifery Council are currently Investigating the development.

“I have faced my school’s disciplinary committee and they have given me a querry, which I responded to yesterday,I’m still meeting the disciplinary committee too, they have given out a letter to my school that I should come to the council and Explain myself for further investigation”.

She Disclosed that there were some instances she wanted to take her own life in order to end it.

“I’m just holding myself with the Support of the school and other people like by now I would have done something to myself because the backlashing, the negative comments that is coming out from every angle, I can’t take it, so negative things were on my mind just to, like if I end my life now hope it will be okay, like that is what is always on my mind.”
