The Wa District Police Commander, Superintendent Franklin Kramoh who was the Sunyani Municipal Police Commander before he was transferred to Wa has in an open forum discussion revealed that some Communities Within the Municipality are assisting them with Reliable Information to Fight crime in the Regional Capital.

He disclosed the development at the Wa Naa’s Palace in the 8th of August 2022.

“Other communities are helping but it is in a form of volunteerism, others are not ready to surrender to assist, those who are assisting we are going to work with them to bring crime to the lowest minimum”.

Two Security men in have been killed din unforseen circumstances within the Wa Municipality in a space of three Months, this has resulted in fear amongst some Residents within the town. Several people have attributed it to ritual killings.
