Wa: GES Conducts Payroll Audit

Wa Municipal Director of Education, Miss Sophia Dimah Nandzo

The Wa Municipal Directorate of Ghana Education Service headed by Miss Sophia Dimah Nandzo has begun a Payroll Audit Today, 8th March 2023 to confirm whether some teachers are underpaid, overpaid or struggling with salary related issues.

The Exercise will has started today, 8th March and will End on 11th of March 2023.

Demands made by the Education Directorate is that Teachers at all levels (Primary, JHS, SHS, Kindergarten) and Non Teaching Staff Should make Available, Promotion Letters, Current Payslip or Appointment letters for inspection.

There’s going to be payroll verification exercise for all GES staff in the Wa Municipality at designated centres per the attached schedule.

All staff are expected to comply for a smooth exercise.

Note: Come with last promotion or upgrading letter and current payslip.
