Some Residents of Kambali in the Wa Municipality have expressed concern with a gunshot blown by some police officers on night patrols at Wa Kambali Saana Corner few hours ago.

The Gunshot was overhead after it was shot around 10:50pm on 17th July 2023.

The Action was to scare away some youth around the area After police search Activities caused huge traffic along the night.

Lots of motorbikes were stopped in the presence of six police officers.

Some riders had no helmets whilst others were quizzed on where they were heading towards, some youth were suspected to have been in possession of marijuana with some reportedly smoking in the Open.

The Upper West Regional Police PRO, Chief Inspector Gideon Ohene Boateng is yet to brief the media.
