
The District Chief Executive of Dafiama-Issa-Bussie District, Mr. Nadi Sanda Imoro has revealed his tribe and where he hails from in a process of delivering a speech at a gathering in Wa. Several people have debated over where the DCE hails from and his tribe.
His speech lasted for about 7 minutes and in the brief speech, he pleaded for mercy should in case he fails to speak Waali or Dagaare properly at the final Adua of Late Alhaj Zaid Tamim on 1st May 2023. At the occasion, he gave a reason that he is a Sissala by tribe and as a result isn’t very fluent in Waali and Dagaare.
“..I will like to speak Waali but I’m not fluent in Waali because I’m a Sissala, sometimes my Waali is not very accurate pardon me for that…”
Mr. Nadi Imoro Sanda was appointed DCE for Dafiama-Issa-Bussie District in 2017 and has since been retained as DCE for the Area after the Party won the 2020 elections.
He was assigned for the Second time by President Akufo-Addo in October 2021 after acting in capacity for 10 months.
He Contested as Parliamentary Aspirant for the New Patriotic Party in DBI ahead of the 2020 political year and won but lost in the general elections by over 2000 votes.
