A Private Basic School by name Daubile Memorial Academy located at Jonga within Wa Municipality has declared plans to Extend to nearby Communities such as Busa, Tabiasi, Kpangkole, Dinanaso and other areas after holding a Graduation, Speech and Price Giving Day for their Students.
The Occasion was Organized in the Forcourt of the Jonga Naa’s Palace on the 15th of December 2022 with the Jonga Limann, Seidu Mahama Giving an Opening Prayer.
Present at the Occasion were several dignitaries including the Chief of Jonga Naa Isaahaku Others were Sawaba Naa Isaahaku, Tangaju Naa Alhassan and Fijoli Naa Abu Topie.
P.T. A Chairman, Mr. Ayaara of the Daubile Memorial Academy School During his opening remarks, urged more parents to enroll their wards in order to receive Quality and affordable Education, he also urged parent to spend some time and resources on their children’s Education in order for them to be responsible and resourceful Children in the future.
The School has over 185 Basic School Students and extends from K1 to Primary 5. The School’s Management is optimistic the school will be expanded for more classes to be Introduced.
Fijoli Naa Abu Topie Expressed delight with plans to Extend the school to nearby Communities due to distance, he Endorsed the idea together with other chiefs present.
Several students displayed their talents through drama, poetry, uc mas, Spelling bee and dancing.
Jonga is a Community located at the East of Wa and few Kilometers from Nusrat Jahan Ahmadiyya College of Education.
