
Part of Kambali Road on the JJ Rawlings High Street was eroded causing fear and panic amongst road Users in the Wa Municipality.
On 21st of October 2022, Upperwestmedia Team reported about the state of a portion of the road eroding deep under the major Dual Carriage Stretch.
The Construction Company, Seidmo Realities Limited and Wa Municipal Assembly have taken quick steps to fix the portion of the road after it was reported.

Several residents have commended the contractor for the Swift measure put in place to prevent avoidable casualties.
Background
The Construction Company by Name Seidmo Realities Limited in partnership with the Wa Municipal Assembly and with Funding from the World Bank Constructed a 0.225km Reinforced Storm Drain between Kambali and Duori.
The Contract was awarded under the Ghana Secondary Cities Support Program(GSCSP) through the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development.
It was after the contract the Road begun eroding and creating inconvenience for road Users, part of the road’s supporting gravel bricks were removed in the process of constructing the Drain, this resulted in the road eroding beneath directly opposite Amadaway Fuel Station in Kambali.
The project was supervised by Associated Beaver Consult.
