A Prominent Media Personality and Retired Information Service Staff by Name Abdulai Mohammed Popularly Known as Musah Bipuah revealed how his radio Journey Started at Radio Progress when he was alive.

He revealed the development in a interview with Nuhu Sualah of Sungmaale FM in October 2022.

The Late Musah Bipuah passed on 1st July 2023 after a short illness, he Grew up in Ashanti Bekwai in the Ashanti Region.

Statement

When I was at the Information Service Department, we used to to run programs always to I had some ample time to attend radio programs and host others at Radio Progress.

“Bishop Bamile Recommended me and I was engaged in Radio Progress, I was in charge of Sissala Programs and Dagaare/Waali Announcements, I used to entertain people with old timers precisely highlife music,I used to Love All Ampadu Tracks.”

He explained How He was abel to Translate words and Announcements without Stress.

”..it’s actually difficult to translate but you need to use logic, there are some English worlds that have no direct translation in Waalii, Dagaare or Sissali, so at that point you have to use explanation to express yourself for the people to understand, I also used not to feel shy to approach people in order to seek knowledge from them, I can come to you and ask you to explain some words to me”.

He revealed some Elders he used to consult in order to to be educated in Popular languages such as Waali.

“.. when I needed translation of some key words, I consulted elders, some of them include the late Wa Naa Momori, Late B.K Adama..”.
