Wa: Let’s Put Aside the White Man’s Policies – PLO Lumumba to Wa Naa

A former Director of the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission, Prof. Lumumba has visited the Upper West Region and was led by a delegation to the Wa Naa’s Palace on Friday, 24th of February 2023.

During his visit he was Opportune to speak at the Palace of the Overlord, Naa Fuseini Pelpuo IV.

Speaking at the Palace, He Advocated against The continues reliance on foreign aid and Policies and culture of the White Man, Mr. Lumumba also used the Opportunity to appreciate the Environment and labelled it as friendly.

“…lets remind ourselves even if we want to forget that before the white man came we had Institutions that worked and i hope and pray that we will have the courage and wisdom to reawaken the true African Spirit in its Diversity, I Believe Somewhere in our hearts and mind there is a spirit waiting to be reawaken, i came to be educated and he who comes for Education does not speak much..”

He Also Travelled to Sankana where he met the Paramount Chief of the Area, Naa Pagraninge Saakoe II.

Patrick Loch Otieno Lumumba is a Kenyan who served as the Director of the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission from September 2010 to August 2011.
