The Late Media Personality and Staff of Information Service Department, Mr. Musah Bipuah has revealed that the Popular Name Musah Bipuah is not his Name, he continued that the name is his father’s name and a Family name but he preferred using it because it had a sense of identity.

Late Musah Bipuah Passed on 1st July 2023 after a short illness.

He revealed this in an interview on October 17 2022 in an interview with Nuhu Sualah on Sungmaale FM.

“I was born in Ashanti Bekwai formerly Bekwai Central now Bosome Freho District and my real name is Abdulai, if you go to my workplace to mention Abdulai it may sound strange but in Zongo, it’s normal there, the Musah Bipuah is our family name, when I was with radio Progress, I was used to the ‘Musah Bipuah’ because I am always proud to be a Sissala and a Northerner. You know for the Name Mohammed Abdulai Musah, a stranger can bear that name but if I use Musah Bipuah anyone hearing the name will know where I come from”.

He explained the meaning of Bipuah to Nuhu Sualah of Sungmaale FM.

“Literally Bipuah means something that is spoilt but the actual meaning of Bipuah is Pampered Child.. That the name of our father, he was pampered so we were also expecting such Treatment”.

The Late Mohammed Abdulai Musah popularly called Musah Bipuah is from Nabulo in the Sissala East Municipality.

Education

He Attended Nsuaem Primary School in Bekwai, Ashanti Region.

He Proceeded to Bekwai Anglican to Pursue his middle School Education but he left when he was in form 2 to Tumu Middle Boarding School.

He attended Bolga Secretariat School and Sat for their Private Examinations and acquired a typing grade 2 certificate.

Institute of Public Relations, Ghana

Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.

He went on Scholarship to Bulgaria to Offer a Six Months Certificate Course.
