
Over 24 Students of Kpankole in the Wa Municipality have no access to Formal Education.
This was revealed by residents of the Community in an interview with Hudi Yahaya, a journalist with W93.5fm in the Community.
According to the residents, donations were put together to facilitate the construction of a brick house and provision of Educational materials including books, pens and desks to support teaching and learning.
The students by this have no access to Formal Education because the community school isn’t recognized by the Ghana Education Service (GES).
The school is 3 miles away from Jonga-Tabiasi, a Farming Community 15km away from Wa Municipality.
Community Members have appealed to the Wa Municipal Assembly and the Ghana Education Service to establish a recognized school in the community.
Kpankole is a Farming Community in the Wa Municipality, the community has no major roads.
