Wa: Price of Bread Drops to Gh₵3

The Price of Bread has in the past, shot up grievously by a huge Price percentage that has exceeded 100% in the Wa Municipality and other parts of the Region.

Several People attributed it to the high cost of purchasing the dollar with Cedis in order to be able to secure bread flour.

The Dollar is Currently trading at Ghc11.5 to dollar, a factor that has reduced the price of some goods and services.

A Baker at Kpaguri with some of her bread in Kambali has attracted so much attention after she revealed the price her baked bread to Upper West Media Team. The loaf of bread which costs Ghc5 in most parts of Wa was being sold at Ghc3 and was in good condition.
