Female Students of Wa Technical Institute were discharged home on 22nd May 2023 after Purported spiritual attacks on Students of the School.

One of the Oldest Technical Schools in the Upper West Region had some of its female students collapsing during classes hours and other school gatherings.

The Principal of Wa Technical Institute, Mr. Saaka Adams Directed that Female Students are sent home indefinitely in order for the issues of spiritual attacks to be Addressed.

The Students have been directed to return to School on Sunday 28th May 2023 for Normal Classes to begin on Monday 29th May 2023.

Meanwhile, some Religious Personalities have been called upon to pray in the School whilst some suspected Trees believed to be the hub of Evil practices were cut down.

This is not the first time an issue of such nature was recorded in the Region, in 2013, Some Students of Wa Senior High Technical School Reportedly collapsed on Campus with the Reason for their Collapse attributed to Demonic attacks, the Headmaster by then, Mr. Bachor Jonah, Resorted to Prayers to Partially address the issues.
